PAYMENT OPTIONS:

  • Payments are made via credit card or visa debit card payments ONLY online via our merchant account.

  • Travellers have the option to pay for the trip in full or per the indicated payment plan timeline.

  • All prices are quoted in USD.

  • Auto-payment is available.

  • Payment Plan Schedule:

    • Full Package: Minimum non-refundable deposit of US$500 P/P is due at the time of registration to secure your spot OR no later than June 11, 2022 (deposit deadline).

    • Final Payment (remaining balance) is due by July 5, 2022.

COVID-19 TRAVEL PROTOCOLS :

  • ​St. Lucia Travel Protocols updated effective April 2, 2022: Please refer to https://www.stlucia.org/en/covid-19/ for more information.

  • Fully Vaccinated Travellers (*Fully vaccinated means two weeks has passed since the second dose of a two-dose vaccine, or since a single-dose vaccine. Vaccine proof must be presented on entry to Saint Lucia).

  • There is no requirement for pre-travel test or quarantine for fully vaccinated travellers. 

  • Vaccinated travellers will have unrestricted access to St. Lucia.

  • Unvaccinated Travellers: Unvaccinated travellers aged 5 years and older must have a valid negative Standard COVID-19 PCR test done within 5 days prior to arrival. 

  • Unvaccinated travellers will be required to quarantine on property and can only leave to participate in certified tours, activities and dining.

TRAVEL NOTES:

  • Traveling to St. Lucia requires a passport valid for six months beyond your travel dates. Please take a look at your passport right now to be sure it does not expire soon. Refunds will not be provided for expired passports.

  • When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. Please review our Auto Payment Plan Option (if available).

  • If you choose the monthly payment plan, you will receive monthly notices when your payment is due.

  • Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email within 21 days or earlier prior to travel.

  • Harbor Club Saint Lucia is located approximately 15 minutes from the George F.L. Charles Airport.

  • Roommate matching assistance is available for this trip after 75% payment.

  • Rooms will have either one king bed or two double beds.

  • It is the traveller’s responsibility to notify The Travel Empire of any email address changes.

  • At check-in, a credit card will be required and placed on file to cover anticipated room incidentals.

  • A private Facebook/WhatsApp group will be created 14 days before travel (Tier 1 Full Experience Package only).

  • The full package is a women's only group experience. Men & children will not be able to attend the full experience (Tier 1) unless booked as an individual trip under Tiers 2 & 3 (without meet-up add-on).

  • Single Occupancy - One Person per room

  • Double - Two Persons per room

  • Triple - Three Persons per room

TRAVEL INSURANCE: 

  • Travel Insurance is optional but highly recommended to protect your investment.

FLIGHT DETAILS:​

  • InterCaribbean Airways (NB. not our preferred airline but it's the most economical non-stop option). Other airline options (e.g. Caribbean Airlines) will require an overnight in T&T or do not have daily flight options to St. Lucia at this time. Below are the flight dates & times for the group.

  • Depart July 29: 5:30PM-6:15PM 

  • Return Aug 2: 9:45AM-10:30AM

TERMS & POLICIES

  • Making reservations for this trip signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. 

  • Due to strict contractual obligations with suppliers for group bookings which will not allow us to obtain refunds, all payments to The Travel Empire are non-refundable and non-transferrable. You are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance to protect your investment.

  • If the trip has to be postponed due to travel restrictions, border closures or any unforeseen event, the trip will be rescheduled to a later date. We also reserve the right to cancel/postpone the trip for any reason including but not limited to low registrations for the group experience and alternative options will be provided.

  • Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. If you enter your name incorrectly, a name fee may apply.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.

  • Itinerary is subject to change as circumstances warrant.

  • Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan.

  • Balances not paid in full by final due date are subject to penalty fee and/or trip cancellation.

  • Payments are processed directly through The Travel Empire via our third party merchant account. The credit card provided on file via credit card authorisation will be used for all payments unless otherwise advised. Cash payments are not accepted.

  • If you do not have a roommate, you will be responsible for the single occupancy rate. Roommates may be added to your reservation before final payment if room occupancy and availability allows.

  • If you choose our payment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger monthly payments than what is required. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

  • Travellers will be responsible for incidentals that occur during their trip.

  • Deposit is due by the deposit deadline to reserve your spot. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If the deposit deadline has passed, your payment will be prorated based on final payment date. 

  • Name changes - allowed with a US$100 name change fee after booking and prior to the final payment date + any vendor/airline/supplier fees. Name changes are not allowed after final payment date.

  • Change fee - After booking and making your deposit, there will be a US$50 change fee per person for any changes or modifications to the reservation, plus any applicable airline/supplier change fees before any changes can be made.

  • Late payment fee - US$50 per person if payments are not received by close of business on the monthly due date on your invoice. US$150 per person late payment fee is required after final payment due date.

  • All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment due date on your invoice.

  • Travellers can opt to pay for their trip in full at time of registration.

  • Travellers must agree to our Group Harmony policy and maintain an acceptable standard of behavior or risk being removed from the group during travel and forfeiting their trip and trip investment. We aim to create a culture of respect and positivity and ask all attendees to help maintain that environment for the benefit of the group.

  • Travellers who unfortunately test positive for COVID-19 while in destination will be responsible for any additional costs without any liability to The Travel Empire. Travellers must agree to our COVID-19 Health Waiver after registering for this trip whereby traveller accepts that COVID-19 is a known global risk and understands and accepts that risk.
