FEES SCHEDULE
Custom Travel Planning Fees
Planning fees apply for us to design your Custom Vacation Packages or Specialty Packages outlined below and must be paid before we begin to research your travel request and provide a quotation. Planning fees are non-refundable and non-transferable given the upfront work required, and will not be applied towards your trip if booked.
WHAT'S INCLUDED:

Two initial (2) quotations/proposals will be provided and a maximum of two (2) revisions only.

Up to three (3) hotel options to choose from based on your budget.

Complimentary 15-min travel consultation call to further discuss your travel plans.

Personalized destination research to design a travel package customized specifically for you.

Booking and management of all trip components once you proceed to book with us.

Recommendations of tours & activities to enhance your trip (if applicable) with personal booking link for you to book tours directly on our online portal, or upgrade to add tours/activities package based on planning package selected.

Unlimited support from time of booking a travel planning service until you return from your trip.
*Bookings must be made within 30 days of approving quotation or a new planning fee will be assessed. All prices quoted in BDS$.
Please Note:

There are no custom travel planning fees for individual hotel only or cruise only quotation requests when you know the specific property or cruiseline you wish to go on. Client must specify the name of the hotel or cruiseline and specific date(s) on quotation form. Planning fees will however apply for group hotel (10+ travellers) or group cruise (8+ cabins) quotations.

There are no planning fees for upfront payment pre-packaged trips which we put together and advertise or for our hosted group trips. Any changes to dates or hotels in our upfront payment packages will be treated as a new travel request.
A booking fee of BDS$50 per person however applies to our advertised payment plan packages!
A. INDIVIDUAL VACATION PACKAGES

We offer free individual cruise only quotations for up to 7 cabins.

The below planning fees will apply for group hotel group cruise quotations - minimum of 8 cabins / 16 persons (double occupancy). Option to add Tours & Transfers to your package for additional fee.
8-14 cabins: $60
15-20 cabins: $80
21-24 cabins: $100
25+ cabins: starts at $120
D. SPECIALTY PACKAGES
All specialty packages include flight, hotel, and tours where applicable, customised itinerary and complimentary Travel Empire gift/merchandise.
**Customised travel t-shirts & travel tumbler cups are available for packages at an additional cost where not included.

2. Cruise Honeymoon & Anniversary Packages

Cruise only quotations do not attract planning fees like our custom vacation packages. In order to benefit from our free cruise quotation service, you must know which ship you wish to sail on, itinerary and specific dates otherwise a planning fee will apply.

The cruise honeymoon package price does not include our standard planning (quotation) fees, but covers the other components of the package and complimentary inclusions – customised daily itinerary and Travel Empire exclusive gifts.

5. Eurotour Packages

1 tour option will be included for each city in these package quotations and 1 additional recommended tour will be offered for consideration (not included in the trip cost).

Where additional tours (2 or more) are required for the quotation, there will be an additional planning fee of BDS$10 per tour per city.

6. Fly, Cruise & Shop Packages

With our Fly, Cruise & Shop packages, we do all the work for you from booking your flights, cruise, pre and post hotel stays, and organizing your transportation to and back from the cruise port and to and from the airport if required.

One Way Flight Only: $20 per booking (1-2 passengers who must be on the same booking)

Roundtrip Flight Only: $35 per booking (1-2 passengers who must be on the same booking)
Roundtrip Flight Only: $65 per booking (3-4 passengers who must be on the same booking)
Multicity Flight Only: $50 per booking (1-2 passengers who must be on the same booking)
Multicity Flight Only: $95 per booking (3-4 passengers who must be on the same booking)
Group Flight Only (10-20 persons): $200 per group*
Group Flight Only (20-40 persons): $400 per group
Group Flight Only (40-60 persons): $600 per group
Group service fees are divided among the travellers in the group once booked.
*Minimum number of travellers departing from the same city/airport - 10 Travellers
Concierge & Booking Fees

These are optional add-ons to enhance your trip such as booking/confirming tours/activities, making reservations at your favourite restaurant, arranging for room decoration for special occasion/celebration, booking concert/theatre tickets, making dining reservations for Disney.
