Submit the required non-refundable research and planning fee so we can commence curating your trip. Please click HERE to view our Research Fee Agreement.

If needed, schedule complimentary consultation call to discuss your trip HERE. (Optional)

Receive personalised trip proposal with carefully selected options based on your inquiry form within the indicated timeline (starts at 5-7 business days) for review. A maximum of two (2) revisions are included.

Once you've accepted your trip proposal and ready to book, it's time to make payment to secure your trip with our secure client invoicing system.

Receive travel documents and coordination via email to help you get ready for your trip! We are here to support you every step of the way!
