All payments to The Travel Empire are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This is because The Travel Empire has contractual agreements with hotels and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.

If you choose our payment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger monthly payments than what is required. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

Roommate Matching is available. Roommate matching assistance is available for this trip after 75% payment.

Your selected roommate(s) should make their reservations within 30 days of your reservation.  If not, your reservation will be adjusted to the current occupancy and the price will change accordingly.

Deposit: due by the deposit deadline to reserve your spot. No space is held until a deposit is made. If the deposit deadline has passed, your payment will be prorated based on the final payment date, if space is still available. 

Change fees: US$50 per person change fee applies for any changes or modifications to the reservation after booking, plus any applicable airline or supplier change fees before any changes can be made. 

Late Payment: Payments not received by close of business on your monthly due date on your invoice will incur an automatic US$75 late fee per person. Late payment of US$100 per person is required after the final payment due date listed on your payment plan. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservation two (2) days after your monthly due date.

All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
