eGift Card

Terms & Conditions:

* Gift card values are quoted in USD on our website.

* Gift card expires 12 months from the date of purchase, and can be redeemed on our online VACAY Shop, credited to custom trip planning/research fees, service fees or applied towards a trip.

* Gift card purchases can be made via PayPal on our website or online bank transfer (offline payment method). All payments are made electronically, cash is not accepted at this time. 

* Gift card is sent electronically via email to the person requesting the Gift Card (and the recipient). There will be no physical copy of this Gift Card.

* Gift card is valid for the value purchased when redeemed towards planning services/travel booked with The Travel Empire.

* Gift card must be redeemed in its entirety for the full value of the gift card via our website only when checking out on our Vacay Shop.

* Gift card has no expiration date and no maintenance fees are charged.

* If the price of the booking is more than the value of the gift card at time of redemption, an additional form of payment for the remaining balance will be necessary to complete the transaction.

* No refunds or credits will be issued for any unused portion of the gift card.

* Gift card is not rechargeable.* It is the responsibility of the gift card holder to safely store the e-Gift card for future use.

* Gift card is NOT transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

* Gift card is not retroactive and cannot be applied as alternative payment to reservations already paid in full.

* Other restrictions may apply from time to time as warranted.

* The Travel Empire is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules and reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
