​Your reservation will be canceled within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your request.  An email to acknowledge that your cancellation request has been completed will be sent to your email address on record.

Please note that there are NO REFUNDS on The Travel Empire's Group Trips/Events/Tours or Payment Plan Trips.  Thus, if you purchased travel insurance for this trip and your reason for cancelling your trip is for one of your policies' covered reasons, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you contact the insurance company through whom your travel insurance policy was purchased to submit a refund claim for your trip.
